Quaker Bakery manufactures and markets a broad line of par-baked, frozen pizza crusts for broadline distributors, independent restaurants, pizzarias, and industrial pizza accounts. The pizza crust line includes traditional Thin and Raised Edge products as well as the highly popular line of Ultra Thin crusts. We also manufacture an array of specialty crusts, including the nation’s only Double Crust. Quaker Bakery has also developed a line of French Pizza crusts ideally suited for long hold times under heat lamps.
